Living Rooms & Entrance Hall
At the entrance, we installed a sturdy, secure new door for your peace of mind. Inside, we opened up the living spaces, making them bright and spacious. The tiled floors are both durable and low maintenance, while the exposed brick wall was retained to preserve its original charm.
We restored the unique spiral staircase, reinforced the structure and updated the carpet. Windows were refurbished to improve both energy efficiency and aesthetics. Radiators received a fresh coat of paint to complete the look.
Modern kitchen installation
A brand new custom kitchen was designed and installed. The kitchen features sleek white cabinets with plenty of storage and resilient dark countertops. The layout is practical and visually appealing, combining functionality with style.
Improved bathroom facilities
We built a brand new toilet room equipped with modern plumbing, including a new toilet and sink. The walls and floor were finished with bright, clean tiles to give the room a fresh and hygienic look.
Turnkey Renovations
We transformed this apartment in several phases:
1. Our work began with demolition. We completely removed the old kitchen and removed the old ceilings. This gave us a clean slate to begin the renovation.
2. Then we started building. We built a completely new bathroom and a separate toilet.
3. The next phase was finished. We applied new plaster to all the walls and ceilings, creating flawless, smooth surfaces. We then installed stylish new interior doors with matching window frames. Our team also carefully restored the original stairs and windows, making them more functional and better looking. To complete the updates, we cleaned and painted the radiators.
4. The final phase was an electrical upgrade. We installed a new standards-compliant electricity meter. This included adding additional electrical groups to improve safety and provide reliable power for a modern lifestyle.

Our goal was to make this apartment a space that felt both modern and inviting. We renovated the kitchen, bathroom and toilet from top to bottom. Our team restored the stairs and windows and completely upgraded the electrical system.
