Living Spaces & Entrance: In the entrance you can see one of the robust new doors we installed, for a secure welcome. We created bright and airy living spaces. They are durable, easy-to-maintain tile floors. We kept the unique character of the exposed brick wall and added a touch of rustic charm to the modern updates.
Our team restored the distinctive winding staircase. We ensured its structural safety and cleaned its carpeting. We also restored the windows to improve insulation and appearance and painted the radiators in a crisp finish.
New kitchen: We designed and installed a completely new kitchen. It includes practical white cabinets with plenty of storage space and durable, dark countertops. We made sure the new design provided an effective and beautiful environment.
New restroom facilities: We built a new, clean restroom. This features all-new plumbing, including the toilet and sink. We completed the space with fresh, bright tile on the walls and floor.
Turnkey renovations
Our work on this apartment included several important phases:
1. First, we performed the necessary demolition work. We removed the old kitchen. We also removed the old ceilings and prepared the entire space for renovation.
Then we focused on new installations. We built the new plumbing and a separate toilet.
2. To finish the apartment, we plastered all the walls and ceilings. This created smooth surfaces that were ready for decoration. Then we painted these surfaces throughout the apartment with a fresh, modern color palette. We installed stylish new interior doors. In addition, we installed matching new door frames.
3. We restored the stairs and windows, making them look nice again and working better. We updated the heating system by cleaning and painting the radiators.
4. Finally, we adapted the electrical system to modern life. We installed a new electricity meter that meets the requirements. An important update was adding additional groups to improve safety and power.
Result
Our goal was to create a modern and cozy home. Thanks to the work, the apartment now has a renovated kitchen, bathroom and toilet. All surfaces and finishes were brand new and fresh. The restored stairs and windows and the improved electrical system improved the quality, safety and value of the apartment, giving it a new atmosphere and a new life.
